The revitalisation project for the tenement on Grodzka Street in Nowy Sącz involves a comprehensive reconstruction and modernisation of a historic inner-city building, preserving its identity within the urban fabric. The new residential function contributes to the strategy of revitalising the city centre, combining conservation requirements with the needs of contemporary occupants. The façade, restored to the character of a traditional tenement with original window divisions retained, will return the building to its rightful place in the street frontage.
